1) WHAT WILL BE ACCEPTED
Goods will be accepted for return for the following reasons for up to 45 days:
- Transport damage
- Arrived defective
- Difference in quantity
- Product part number to product order number not a matched
- Changed mind
Products must be returned in the like new state, unused, for which they were received. Active Atom, LLC. is not responsible for products that are misused, mishandled, prematurely worn, damaged, accidents, or alterations that have been made by the customer.
As the manufacturer we do however offer a paid service to make your product like new again, contact us for these services.
Customized or special order items are not returnable for refund.
2) RMA NUMBER
To return goods, you must request an RMA number.
To obtained an RMA Number call Customer Service toll free at 855-750-1414 or email email@example.com.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number.
3) REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR RETURN
You will be asked to supply the following information:
- Reason you wish to return the goods.
- Quantity, Product Description and Part Number of goods.
- Sales Order Number or Invoice Number.
- Instructions on wheather to Replace or Refund.
4) SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO US
Shipment must be sent prepaid by Customer, Freight collect shipments will not be accepted, and goods will be returned to sender.
5) RETURN SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT TO YOU
Active Atom, LLC. will pay both the return and re-sending, shipping both ways on any product that arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item number ordered.
6) PACKAGING PRODUCT FOR SHIPMENT
Please pack all articles carefully to prevent damage in shipment, please return all items that accompany the product, tools, wrenches, custom box, instructions, etc.
